I am a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey and a licensed mental health counselor in New York. I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from CalSouthern University, my Bachelors in Psychology from Fordham University and my Masters of Arts and Masters of Education in Clinical Counseling from Columbia University. I completed my three year post graduate training at the Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy and Training. Currently, I am a member of the Gestalt faculty. With ten years of experience working in special education, I completed the Social Thinking® Level 1A training from Michelle Garcia Winner. I work with adults and children with anxiety, depression and language based learning disabilities.

Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of people. Working in private, special education schools, I learned how to balance different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. Children have taught me how to attune to others, and the importance of human connection. Working in clinics gave me experience in working with adults from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, genders, sexual orientation and abilities. After mentoring several interns, I ended up realizing how much I love teaching. I became an Approved Clinical Supervisor after that and continue to mentor therapists.
